My room was well-appointed and a nice size with a cable TV with on-demand movies, TV, and a microwave. The employees were attentive and extremely accommodating. The location turned out to be comfortable and quiet.

The rooms were big and huge with a full sized fridge with a freezer kept by the understanding staff. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven were provided. The location was marvellous and convenient for Hagerstown, very close to Hagerstown, MD and restaurants and shopping and Frederick. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Hagerstown.

Liked Hagerstown, the hotel was enchanting and incredibly beautiful in a nice area. The location was comfortable and perfect, near restaurants and shopping easily accessible, Hagerstown, and Frederick, and the view was great. During my recent stay at Home2 Suites, I was pleasantly surprised by the vibrant color scheme that gave the hotel a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. The facility was well maintained and clean, which is always a major priority for me. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious and offered a wide variety to choose from.

One drawback I encountered was the lack of a lock on the bathroom door. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positive aspects of my stay.

It was a modern and exceptionally comfortable hotel for a trip to Hagerstown. Well-appointed and a nice size room, central heating, television and a microwave oven were a nice surprise. The location was quiet for traveling around Hagerstown, next to restaurants and shopping, Hagerstown, and Frederick. Local fast food option Roy Rogers was 5 minutes walk away.

My queen studio was immaculate, huge. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen.

The staff was friendly and greeted me every time I came back. The location was perfect, with numerous restaurants within walking distance and a shopping mall less than a mile away. Parking was easily accessible and the hotel was situated in a nice area.

The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool was warm, clean, and provided a great spot for relaxation. we absolutely loved our stay at Home2 Suites!

One drawback was that the hotel charged the wrong card during check-in, causing some financial issues for me. Additionally, the room was not as soundproof as advertised, as we could hear the TV and footsteps from the room above us.
